The Sugar Refinery will be presenting a solution based on SugarCRM at the forthcoming Higher Education Academy Conference 2009 during the JISC Business and Community Engagement session.

JISC will be running a session at the conference on 1st July 2009 to introduce their programme and projects during a session entitled:

“Supporting a professional approach to managing partnerships and engaging employers”

Explore how JISC activities in BCE support employer engagement and enhance the institution – employer – learner relationship by enabling more effective knowledge sharing and learning partnerships. For example: JISC is involved in trials on on-line tools to support collaboration some of which will be demonstrated during the session.

Nick Holt of The Sugar Refinery will be speaking during the session and demonstrating how The Sugar Refinery, worked in collaboration with the University of London to produce a Pareto Analytics tool built upon Sugar CRM called CRM4UNI. The tool allows the University to measure and track revenue sources and explore revenue data by various criteria including service type, school, department and academic year.

The project was funded by JISC's BCE progrmme.
