The Sugar Refinery has completed a full Microsoft CRM to SugarCRM data migration exercise, from concept to implementation, in just days using Talend’s open source ETL tool Talend Open Studio (http://www.talendsolutions.com).

Following the acquisition of another company, Knowledge Solutions needed to merge the acquired Microsoft CRM data into their existing SugarCRM Professional instance.

Utilising Talend, the world’s leading open source data migration tool, certified Sugar Refinery consultants migrated the entire customer base including all accounts, contacts, leads, notes, tasks, meetings and historical items. The data was cleansed and de-duplicated en-route.

Knowledge Solutions management went on the record to state, "The migration was a pretty complex project that was handled extremely professionally and efficiently."
